Greg is responsible for the smooth running of the property management department.
His calm, organised presence is appreciated by the team. As well as dealing with daily owner and staff inquiries, he ensures rents are set in advance in accordance with the market and our company statistics are as they should be.
Previously Greg has spent lengthy periods working for the Ministry of Justice and the Army. Many of these skills are readily transferable into the property management industry.
Greg knows that to be effective he deals in the black and white as opposed to the grey.
