Richard qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the UK after completing a degree in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University. He moved to Bermuda in his 20’s and has 30 years’ experience in property management, facilities management, sales, leasing and valuation.
He moved to New Zealand in 2010 and was a Centre Manager of a shopping centre in Auckland and National Property Manager for Farmers and Stevens. He has recently moved to Christchurch after a year in Dunedin.
He is a keen skier, scuba diver and enjoys running and playing chess.
He offers a professional property management with years of experience and is a landlord himself.
